Same street.New house.
Keep the street, the school run and the neighbours. We knock down the old place and build your new home on the block you already own.
Ready when you are
Start with the free site check. It takes about a minute, then a person rings you to set the visit time.
How a rebuild runs
Demolition runs first under its own approval. Then the new house goes up stage by stage, so you can match every progress claim to what's on site.
Questions people ask first
Can we stay in the house during the build?
No. You'll need somewhere else to live during the build. You'll have a written timeline before you sign, so you can plan around it.
What happens to the old house?
Older homes can contain asbestos, so it is checked and removed safely before demolition. Then the house is demolished and removed, the block is cleared and levelled, and anything that can be recycled is separated on site.
Do we need council approval?
Usually you need a building approval for the demolition and one for the new house, from a building certifier. Some blocks also need council planning approval. The site check flags which are likely to apply, and your certifier confirms it.
What do you do with my details?
On this demo, nothing. Your details are not sent or saved. On a live site they would be used to answer your site check and nothing else unless you tick the updates box, and the wording you agreed to would be recorded with the enquiry.

Enquiry-first websites.
The question the builder needs answered sits on the first screen. On a live site, the form goes to the owner's own form service, and a person reads it and replies. No outside scripts.
Concept demo for a made-up builder. The 3D film was made for this demo, with no stock footage, and it is not part of the $2,490 price. See what $2,490 buys on the SSJC Websites page.
