Hi, I'm Craig.
I have been in sales for nine years. Nine years on the phone taught me that the money is rarely lost at the pitch. It is lost in the gap after the quote, when nobody rings back.
I went full time on this business on 12 August 2026. SSJC Media Group is me, on the Gold Coast, working that gap for electrical, plumbing and air conditioning businesses from the Gold Coast to Brisbane.
I build two other things to order. Websites written by hand, in your own hosting, where you keep the files. And custom AI systems, built in your own accounts, where a person approves anything that goes out. Tell me what you want built.
Why one person reading your file is the point
Your quote file is your customers' names and numbers. Before anything is built, I read it myself and write back the counts from your own file: how many went quiet, how many are duplicates, the total quoted on the quiet ones, and a plain yes or no on whether anything is worth building. No names and no phone numbers, and the read is free.
The person who reads the file is the person who builds the install and the person who answers the email. Nothing you tell me passes through a sales team on its way to a builder, because there is neither.

How SSJC works in practice
THE DESK is quote follow-up, installed in your own accounts. The quotes in your file that went quiet are ranked with the reason beside each name, each follow-up is written from a template you approve, and a person on your team reads it and presses send. Nothing goes out unread, and nothing goes out by itself.
- Free read. I email you the export steps for your software and two short terms to agree first. You get the counts from your own file and a straight answer. Costs nothing.
- Live Build, $1,200. About 90 minutes on your real file. You keep the ranked list and a one-page read either way. Credited in full against the install if you accept the written install quote within 30 days of its issue date. If your file is unsuitable, I cancel at no charge. If I rang you first, no payment is taken and nothing starts until ten business days have passed.
- THE DESK install, $4,900, or $3,700 after the Live Build credit. In your own accounts, under your own logins, against a written acceptance test signed before work starts. Half on signing, half when acceptance checks 1 to 5 are signed. If I rang you first, no payment is taken until ten business days have passed. Extra integrations are quoted in a separate written scope.
- The Watch, $1,450 a month. Optional, month to month, 30 days' notice either side. Declining it changes nothing about ownership.
Pricing in AUD. SSJC Media Group is not registered for GST, so no GST is added.
