A code-built illustration. The three miniature businesses are samples.

Render of three sample premises at night: a house with a call sheet lit on the screen in its office window, a van with its side panel lit as a sample site, a workshop with an answer lit on its wall screen.
Illustration of three sample businesses at night: an aircon business's ute with its tool canopy open beside its brick workshop, an electrician's white van with a ladder on the roof, and a plumber's brick workshop with pipes racked outside, its door and office window lit. Small sample screens are drawn on the ute canopy, the van's side and the workshop window.

An illustration of three sample businesses, not real clients and not a result. The lit screens are illustrations.

Six taps. Nothing sent.

Where could an enquiry go quiet in your business? Tap what really happens and you get your own answers back, part by part. No score, no email, nothing saved: close the tab and it is gone.

Switch your phone to flight mode, then keep tapping. It works the same, because the check never calls out.

Tap an answer and the next question appears. With a keyboard, Tab to a question and use the arrow keys.

Here is what you told me.

Your answers are above. Take them to the form below.

  1. Speed

You said: “Someone rings it back within the hour”“It gets a reply that day, when someone is free”“It waits till I am back in the office or the ute”“Some never get a reply”

Every new enquiry has a named person to go to, and an alert in your own tools where they allow it. If your tools can send one, an instant reply to each new enquiry, in your words, if you switch it on.

  2. Qualify

You said: “The job, the timing, the budget range and who decides”“What the job is, then I price it”“We quote everything that comes in”“Depends who answers the phone”

Four questions, on your enquiry form and on the first call: the job, the timing, the budget range and who decides. Written for your trade, and yours to keep.

  3. Quote walkthrough

You said: “Walked through on a call or on site”“Emailed, with a note from me”“Emailed, the number at the bottom”“Texted, just the price”

A script for walking the quote through on a call or on site, built on those answers, and a one-page quote cover. The talk is about fit and what is included, not the lowest number.

  4. Follow-up rhythm

You said: “Set touchpoints on every open quote”“The office does, when it is not flat out”“I chase the ones I remember”“If they want it, they will ring”

Every open quote gets set touchpoints, drafted from templates you approve. A person in your office reads each one and presses send.

  5. Old quotes

You said: “In the software, and someone works through them”“In the software, and nobody looks”“In my phone and a notebook”“Gone, honestly”

Worked once, properly: ranked from your own records with the reason beside each name. The list sets aside anyone your export marks as opted out, and anyone without a yes in a consent column if your export has one.

If your quotes live in your phone and a notebook, say so in the form. The questions are the same.

The last ring, the job, stays dark. That part is the customer's yes, and nothing here promises one.

No AI ran here. Your taps only chose which of these lines appear. Every word was already on this page, and nothing was added up.

Want a one-page Lead-to-Job Map and a written price? That is the Free Lead System Check. Put your answers in the form below and I take it from there.

Put my answers in the form

Nothing you tapped has left this page. It only goes if you press Send to Craig on the form.

You can stop after any of them.

The first step

Get a free Lead System Check.

Free Lead System Check first. I ask how enquiries reach you now, who answers them, how you qualify, how you quote, how you follow up and what happens to old quotes. No file needed. You get a one-page Lead-to-Job Map of where leads leak, and a written price from your answers.

If the fit is wrong, the map says so and that is the end of it. If you go ahead, the five parts are set up in the tools you already use, under terms you can read now.

If your quotes live in your phone and a notebook, say so in the form. The questions are the same.

Rather email? Write to me directly:

What this page records (nothing leaves until you press send)

Field names only, never what you type. Nothing leaves this page until you press send, and you can watch that stay true in your browser's own network tab.

Tell me how enquiries reach you and how you qualify, quote and follow up now. No file is needed, and you get a one-page Lead-to-Job Map and a written price from your answers.

Using ChatGPT for the business already? Keep it. Never touched it? You don’t need to.

ChatGPT can draft a message. The Lead-to-Job System is the rest, and the rest is what you pay for: me, eight years in lead-based sales, setting it up in your own tools with you; playbooks written for your trade; one training session for whoever answers the phone and sends quotes; and, if you choose it, a monthly review of your own numbers, priced separately in writing. A person on your team reads every sales message and presses send. The only message that sends by itself is an instant reply to each new enquiry, in your words, if your tools can send one and you switch it on. Every message names your business and ends with a way to opt out, and anyone marked opted out in your records, or on your do-not-contact list, is left off. You hold every login and keep the lot.

A closer look

Welcome to SSJC Media Group.

Enquiry-first websites and practical AI workflows for Australian small businesses and sole traders. The work is in what sits behind the page.

See what is possible.

Three fictional concept demos and a separate website project. Websites are $2,490. A 3D film, a suburb lookup or a photo upload like the ones shown is not part of that price; AI workflows and extra features are quoted separately in writing.

Brimful Pools Same Street Gresco Group

An old plumbing site turns into one that asks what the job is, on the first screen. Tundish Plumbing is a made-up business, and the old site and the new site were both built for this demo.

A pool builder’s page: the backyard check sits on the first screen, and the pool goes in stage by stage. Open the Brimful demo page

A knockdown-rebuild builder’s page: the site check sits on the first screen, then the rebuild goes up stage by stage. Open the Same Street demo page

Gresco Group: a website project by SSJC Media Group. This film presents the website design; it does not claim sales or enquiry results.

It opens on this site. Try the form: nothing you type is sent or saved.

Tundish Plumbing, Brimful Pools and Same Street are made-up businesses, separate from the Gresco Group project film. The people and enquiries in them are invented too, and so are the phone numbers, so please don’t ring them.

Behind this site

  • No trackers and no third-party requests. Every build is checked for them, and the page’s own security policy blocks them in the browser.build/guard.mjs, build/check.mjs, site/_headers

  • Readable by search and answer engines: a plain-text summary, structured data, a sitemap and a robots file that lets the named search and answer bots in. Readiness, not a promise of where you appear.site/llms.txt, site/sitemap.xml, site/robots.txt, the JSON-LD in index.html

  • Plain HTML, CSS and scripts with no framework and no page-builder subscription. Your website files and accounts stay yours.netlify.toml, site/websites.html (handover terms)

  • Checked before it ships: a written build standard and a deploy ritual that refuses to publish when a check goes red, and feeds itself planted defects to prove the checks still bite.BUILD-STANDARD.md, build/ship.mjs, build/check.selftest.mjs

  • Phone first: checked at phone sizes before desktop.build/rigs/home-phone.mjs

  • The demos’ enquiry forms ask what the job is first, in the trade’s own words.site/js/home/showcase.js, site/video/demos/tundish.mp4
